Alright guys, quick announcement here. I don't know about all of you, but I intend to see this game through to the end. So I'm not going to halt the story just because someone disappears. Just wanted to get that out there.

The World is the final card of the Major Arcana, and as such represents saturnian energies, time, and completion.
The World card pictures a dancer in a Yoni (sometimes made of laurel leaves). The Yoni symbolizes the great Mother, the cervix through which everything is born, and also the doorway to the next life after death. It is indicative of a complete circle. Everything is finally coming together, successfully and at last. You will get that Ph.D. you've been working for years to complete, graduate at long last, marry after a long engagement, or finish that huge project. This card is not for little ends, but for big ones, important ones, ones that come with well earned cheers and acknowledgements. Your hard work, knowledge, wisdom, patience, etc, will absolutely pay-off; you've done everything right.
I'm still working on mine. lol But it's a lot of work and I'm lazy. I'll have it up today though.

I am
The Devil
Materiality. Material Force. Material temptation; sometimes obsession
The Devil is often a great card for business success; hard work and ambition.Perhaps the most misunderstood of all the major arcana, the Devil is not really "Satan" at all, but Pan the half-goat nature god and/or Dionysius. These are gods of pleasure and abandon, of wild behavior and unbridled desires. This is a card about ambitions; it is also synonymous with temptation and addiction. On the flip side, however, the card can be a warning to someone who is too restrained, someone who never allows themselves to get passionate or messy or wild - or ambitious. This, too, is a form of enslavement. As a person, the Devil can stand for a man of money or erotic power, aggressive, controlling, or just persuasive. This is not to say a bad man, but certainly a powerful man who is hard to resist. The important thing is to remember that any chain is freely worn. In most cases, you are enslaved only because you allow it.
Sorry I havn't posted my profile yet. I scrapped my first attempt after I established something in my character's history, only to completly write it off as irrelevant later. Developing a good backstory is rather difficult.
No worries man, we're not on a timer or anything. We'll start when you guys are all set up, and at that point things are going to really get moving. Till then however, feel free to take all the time you need.

Yeah I'll join. Been a while since my last RP but I suddenly want to do it now. Huh.
Name: Alaster Angelo
Age: 18
Sex: Male
Appearance: Alaster is 5 foot 11. He's tanned from being out in the sun all the time, but not too tan, so his skin is the color of a really light cocoa, he has dark brown eyes and black hair with blonde streaks in it that reaches about two inches below his shoulders and is parted to the right. He wears a gray long sleeved button up shirt, with black sleeves with a white X design on them, the top three buttons unbuttoned, and black, fingerless gloves. He wears a belt across his chest, which has several throwing knives on them and also has one around his waist, which has a rusty short sword sheathed on it, he wears knee high gray boots with spurs. He wears a dark gray duster coat sometimes, but will remove it if it's inconvenient or if he just doesn't want to wear it anymore.
Personality: Alaster grew up under stressful and hostile conditions, therefore he's very cautious and calculating in his actions but not so much his words, he tends to be very sarcastic in his speech, normally not outright joking but not entirely serious either, though he can be cocky at times. When given something important to do Alaster tends to feel much more pressure than what's actually there, making him more careful, but also making him more irritable and nervous, which sometimes makes him miss something important. Alaster can also get nervous when talking to someone who poses a threat, he hides it well, but it's there. Alaster also has a deep, burning jealousy towards Skylar, who has always been considered smarter, stronger, faster, better looking, etc. than Alaster, which makes Alaster feel as though he isn't useful, despite this, Alaster cares deeply for Naomi and Skylar.
Family: Alaster, much like almost everyone else on Desolate Dunes, never knew his parents and doesn't know if he has siblings. Alaster instead considers his two traveling companions, Skylar, the 20 year old "leader" of their group and the most talented person Desolate Dunes has ever seen, and Naomi, an 18 year old action girl who's good with a sword and dreams of becoming an artist, his family since he's known them most of his life.
Significant Other: Skylar makes jokes that Alaster and Naomi should get together, but Alaster's thought about it and doesn't think it'd work out. Apart from her, he doesn't really meet women all that often, so he doesn't really have one.
Hobbies: Sparring Skylar or Naomi, fighting monsters, and raiding towns. He also likes to watch TV and read.
Personal History: Alaster had the unfortunate privilege of being born on the dying world of Desolate Dunes, his parents disappeared shortly after his third birthday, probably attacked by monsters and he was lucky enough that they didn't notice him. He can't really remember them, unfortunately. He spent the next four years in his parents' shack, living off the lake and the giant stores of food his parents kept there, where he learned how to kill small monsters with sharp things and how to throw knives, growing up on TV programs. One day, somebody broke down the door to the shack and started to steal from the food supplies, Alaster ran there ready to fight off the raiders, but found that they weren't raiders, but rather, a boy and girl not much older than him, the boy simply smiled and told Alaster that he was selfish keeping all this food to himself. Alaster would befriend the two, Skylar and Naomi, and they invited him to join their group which Alaster immediately accepted. After leaving the shack for the first time in his life Alaster would soon learn that his world was slowly dying, and that it was either kill or be killed to survive. It was depressing to see how low other human beings would sink to live, and Alaster's seen things that he'd rather not describe. Alaster's spent 11 years out there and it's only getting worse, he wonders if he'll live to ever see his 19th birthday. It doesn't help that Alaster sometimes feels, and is sometimes told, that Skylar could've left him in that shack and nothing would've changed in the group, because Skylar seems to do all the work and all the thinking, making Alaster feel obsolete in comparison.
Most Cherished Memory: This might be a little shallow, but Alaster's most cherised memory comes from when he was 15. He, Skylar, and Naomi were traveling to a settlement where they could restock supplies but found it under attack from monsters, the trio would then attempt to fight off the monsters and sometime in that fight both Skylar and Naomi were both knocked out, so it was up to Alaster to fight off the monsters and save his friends, and he actually did it! The settlers congratulated and called him their hero. Though Alaster's biggest reward was that, for once, he was better than Skylar.
Home World: Alaster's home world is the "dying world" Desolate Dunes. It's a desert world, basically. With no actual cities and just temporary settlements and camps scattered around a bunch of empty space, though there is one landmark: A giant skyscraper in the middle of the world, nobody goes in there, however, because it's heavily surrounded by the local "wildlife" or monsters as the inhabitants have come to call them, giant snakes, desert leviathans, werewolf creatures, and scorpions with venom deadly enough to kill the aforementioned leviathans. It's called the "dying world" because the small supply of water is slowly drying out, and rain is becoming extremely rare, it's also dying in the sense that most people have a dog eat dog mentality and are killing each other off and decreasing the population at an extremely alarming rate.
Keyblade: Alaster's Keyblade is named The Desert Dweller. The hilt is black and slightly curved with a white X design on the end, while the handguard takes the form of a six chambered revolver cylinder. The blade itself looks like a weathered down, beaten up blade, the teeth take the form of iron sights, while the side of the keyblade has engraving in cursive that's illegible because of the state of the blade. Overall it looks like a giant cowboy-like revolver sword.
Miscellaneous Info: Alaster tends to tug his hair when he's nervous, he dislikes the cold as he grew up in the desert. His greatest fear is giant spiders, despite the fact that he fights their cousins, giant scorpions, every day. Of the TV shows he used to watch, the cowboy cartoons were his favorite, hence the spurs and duster and probably the reason behind the design of his keyblade.
Here's my character, I'm looking forward to how this turns out.
Name: Ethan Esperay
Age: 18
Sex: Male
Appearance: 6'0" tall, has brown eyes and short, greyish-brown hair. Likes to wear a light brown trench coat.
Personality: He's a strong-willed, serious, no-nonsense young man with a sarcastic, slightly pessimistic attitude, quick-witted and knows his limits. He's, however, stubborn - VERY stubborn, refusing to accept authority and acting by his own rules. He can also be selfish at times, but is generally helpful as long as he doesn't have to sacrifice something he values.
Family: His father's Eberhardt d'Esperay, a military general responsible for the annexation of the neighboring country, Gnassotia. His mother was a noblewoman and was killed when Ethan was 14 by a Gnassotian terrorist. Ethan despises his heritage and refuses to use the "arrogant" D'Esperay name. His father trying to kill Ethan's love interest doesn't improve their relation, either...
Significant other: The daughter of the former king of the neighboring country, named Elise. The girl's a year younger than Ethan, and the polar opposite of him: she's gentle, kind and a bit afraid to speak up for herself. She's a really good dancer and she taught Ethan how to dance.
Hobbies: He enjoys cycling and drawing landscapes. He likes to dance as well, but he has stage fright. Personal history: He was born to the D'Esperay family, one year after the annexion of Gnossotia, leading to all Gnassotians and some Etrosians hating the entire D'Esperay family. Ethan's mother was killed when he was 14, by a Gnassotian terrorist, whose action received support from the Gnassotian public. Eberhardt D'Esperay, Ethan's father responded to this by capturing the Gnassotian royal family and announcing their execution. Ethan, 14 at the time, had a crush on the king's daughter, Elise and wanted to save her. He received a keyblade from the mysterious "Chronicler", which he used to free Elise from her captivity and helped her escape from Etrosia. She's living now in Etrosia under the alias Rose. Three years later a series of natural disasters struck every country around Gnassotia in a rapid succession: earthquakes and volcanic eruptions devastated the lands but avoided Gnassotia. Ethan and Elise suspected magic behind the events and investigated, only to find the culprit - the "Chronicler", the one who gave Ethan his keyblade. The Chronicler is a thousand-year old man responsible for documenting the world's history and determining the path it goes. After the annexion of Gnassotia, his nationalist emotions got the best of him as he decided to annihilate the other parts of the world to preserve Gnassotia's independence. Ethan fought and defeated the Chronicler, ending the string of disasters. Since then, Etrosia and the other countries began to rebuild what was destroyed.
Most cherished memory: His first date with Elise, two weeks after she was rescued. They took a walk in the capital of Etrosia, talking for hours.
Home world: Neiria, a world home to several smaller countries. He lives in a regional centre, the country of Etrosia. The entire country is similar to european cities of the 1920s. It was recently struck by a series of devastating natural disasters.
Keyblade: He possesses multiple keychains for his blade, he uses different blades for different fighting styles. When he uses physical strength against foes, he uses the Magma Gear keychain:
When using magic, he wields a keyblade called Neverday, a silver-colored keyblade with cyan lines glowing with magic. The teeth are more designed for use as a shield. When fighting with great speed and agility, using the keyblade to juggle foes in the air and magic to finish them off, he wields his favourite keyblade Mastermune: http://browse.deviantart.com/?qh=§...weapon#/d1q6wvh When he turned 18, he inherited "Gran Dreanon" keychain, a keychain passed down the D'Esperay family. He never resorted to use this blade: http://cbj3.deviantart.com/art/Ultima-Weap...weapon&qo=5 Misc.: Nothing
You know, I might as well join this later, just need to create everything for my character.
Also, this will be a first for me, creating original characters.
At any rate, I'll do what I can to ensure that I have an original character and world for this, even one for a game I'll make with my character (not with the keyblade part).

I have a few projects going on right now, but mostly story projects, not game projects.
Appearance: 176 cm in height, brown eyes, short brown hair. He always has a stern look on his face, making him look more serious about situations than he may be. His attire consists of a green overcoat, along with a brown sweater and black trousers.
Personality: Kai can be described by his peers, as a stick in the mud. He is the type of person who adhere's to rules, and does what his elders ask of him, even if it means forgoing things he would rather do. He is a team player that thinks about the collective over his own well being, essentially. He would rather focus his energy in playing his part, and even go as far as to pull the weight of others.
Family: Kai's mother died giving birth to him, and his father disapeared shortly after. The only living blood relatives for Kai is his younger twin brother Hyde, and his Grandmother Cherish, who happens to be the head of house Falzer.
Significant other: none
Hobbies: Kai usually lacks time to focus on hobbies. The house has him practice in the art of Sword-fighting, politics, and all sorts of other activities to enhance the qualities of a leader. However, he has one hobbie which he feels strongly passionate about, Astronomy.
Personal history: Despite being an orphan, Kai never wondered about his parents. Grandmother had raised him well, even if it was somewhat on the stricter side than usual. Kai had an average childhood. He went to school, got together with friends on the weekends, got into fights with the kids from different Guilds. The average life gradually changed after his 16th birthday, when the Guild-war broke out. While Grandmother Cherish, lead House Falzer well, the Guild decided it was time to appoint a new leader. Thus, Kai's rigorous training began in order to prepare him for this role.
Most cherished memory: Kai most cherished memory is when he discovered, what he believes to be another planet when looking through his telescope. He remembers frantically comparing the properties of the celestial body, to the notes in his book to make sure. Whenever things are down, he tends to look in the sky and see if he can find it again.
Home world: City of Guilds: A mid 19th century, European city (again). Comprised of many houses and factions, While tensions are high, order was maintained under the shadow of the most powerful Guild, House Helios. However, House Helios collapsed after it's great leader died without naming a successor. At present, each house has been mobilizing to seize the void of power, which House Helios once occupied.
Keyblade: None, as of yet. Instead he uses a standard Katana.
Misc: Kai has a tendency to bit his nails when nervous. His favorite food is dried mango. Dislikes people with little regard to a collective group.
Sorry, I don't think I'll be joining after all. I've been busy lately and haven't even finished my character sheet. This does not bode well for in-game attendance. I think it'll be better if I bow out. Good luck, hope it goes well.

Karida is about 5'7" and is in top physical condition. She has long dark blue hair that flows down her back and has bangs that cover one eye. Her right eye is green but her left eye is yellow, hence the long bangs on the left side. Having heterochromatic eyes tends to weird a lot of people out she as she grew up Karida tended to hide it. Karida doesn't wear a military uniform, mostly because one hasn't been made. She's the only woman with her position in the Abadonian military and just decided not to go through the trouble. Instead, she wears a set of layered tank tops and dark green pants with a silver chain attached to the belt loops. She's also often seen wearing a black leather jacket and has a barrette in the shape of a heart in her hair. Karida wears a black choker/collar around her neck and also has a small tattoo on her right shoulder blade that resembles a clock. She also wears a small silver bracelet on her right wrist from time to time.
Personality: As an 18 year-old girl Karida tends to come off as sarcastic and somewhat rebellious. When she's serious she tends to be very blunt, always speaking her mind, even when her thoughts could be considered very harsh. Karida is a gruff person who often acts like a boy, rather than a girl which causes a lot of her co-workers to often forget that she is in-fact a girl. To someone just meeting Karida she will come off as cold, hard and sharp, much like granite. She is a very hard worker and does not take failure as an option. Karida can also be very strict towards her companions. It's not because she likes being a leader or because she feels the need for power, it's because although she finds a unique way to show it, she cares very strongly for the ones she works with. Karida is the type of person who will work for change if it's for a greater good, however she becomes even more edgy than she already is when suddenly put in a completely different environment. She views time as something very important and something important shouldn’t be wasted. This fact plays a leading roll in her impatient tendencies.
Family: Karida's parents split up shortly after her birth. Her mother was having an affair beforehand and left to be with another man. Karida's father although devastated, continued to work hard at his job of commanding vast regiments of military forces in the large continent of Abadinon. Although being a single father he did his job well, both of them. Karida holds a deep respect for him and loves him immensely. Her father never remarried and therefore never had anymore children, so Karida grew up as an only child. She's not really close with any members of her except maybe for her father.
Significant Other: None at the moment. She says that she finds no point in a relationship that can end so quickly it'll leave you gasping for air. She's also afraid that she'd be no good, just like her mother was, but she’d never admit it.
Hobbies: Sparring, reading when her busy life permits and playing the piano.
Personal History: At a young age Karida graduated from university and went on to study at MAA, or Military Academy of Abadinon. She did this under her father's wishes and continued until she graduated from MAA and was selected to become a soldier in the Abadonian military. Due to her father's influence, her hard work and unquestionable abilities as a soldier, Karida quickly climbed the ranks and became a commander of a squad of her own. In the early years of Karida's life she was home-schooled for a time by a private teacher then went on to study at a private school for a high school education. She never really had many friends while she was in school and spend most of her time practicing piano and studying so she could go to a good university before moving to a military academy. It was there that she made her first friend, but being so late in her life it was a kind of awkward relationship. Abel was a nice guy and tended to disregard his normal group of friends to keep Karida company. Although she'd never admit it, she did enjoy his presence. Abel was the first person she requested to be put in her squad when she was promoted to the point at which she could command one.
Most Cherished Memory:"Karida, come here for a moment." A deep voice called out from a large room down the massive hallway of the mansion the little girl lived in. "Yes father!" The little Karida replied obediently and entered the large room with the hand-crafted wooden doors. In the room Karida's father stood next to a grand piano. "I hear you've been practicing so hard lately." The big man smiled at his daughter, "Would you care to play a song with me?" He asked, motioning towards the bench in front of the piano with his left hand. Karida's face lit up and with the biggest smile "Yes!" She happily replied and skipped over to the bench. For the next few hours, the two of them played beautiful music in harmony. Those few hours were the most precious few hours in her entire childhood.
Home World: The world that Karida comes from is very technologically advanced. The buildings that populate every city aren’t all amazingly tall, though they are big. When night comes some people say that it still seems like daytime because of all the neon lights filling the streets and buildings of each city. Even with a military presence the crime rate of the city where Karida comes from only seems to be increasing. Think of it as a neo New York City. There are airships that fly in and out of Abadonian airspace, however there are no hover cars made, yet.
The teeth of the Keyblade are silver and the blade is a brass colour with black coloured grooves that flow all the way down to the hilt of the blade. The guard is black with gold trim and the chain is silver which ends with an emblem that not only resembles a spiralling galaxy, but also a clock. (Note: I don’t have a scanner, but I will find one and repost the drawings for quality. I do intend to colour them.)
Miscellaneous Info: Karida tends to take things apart and put them back together when she’s bored. For a soldier, she has an odd fascination with clockwork.

A girl? Blasphemy! ... But yea, nice sheet. Accepted.
And just so everyone knows, I'm starting tonight. I've given 'so' much time for applications to come in, really. If you can get your sheet in before then, awesome. If not, well, maybe I'll work you into the story later on.
