Swine Flu Question Options

I hope this is the right forum to ask this, however recently in the United Kingdom, cases of Swine Flu have been popping up again.
It might only be a few people, but I have a question about it.

I haven't managed to get a straight answer when its come to asking anyone this but I'm gonna have a shot
Being Diabetic (type 1) I had to have the vaccine last year as well as the flu vaccine which I need to have every year.
Due to their being new cases of Swine Flu, does this mean I need to have that vaccine again? O_O

It might seem like a stupid question, but I am quite stumped about it XD

Sorry for the late reply but recently I had the jab and it was only the Flu jab. They had mixed a part of the Swine Flu inoculation within the Flu Jab so I didn't have to take the Swine Flu jab again as well! Hurrah! Only half the pain and horrifying needles this time round ¬_¬
