Chinese version of vx & xp, Where to find RPG maker VX & XP in chinese. Options

Does anyone know how to get the chinese RPG maker VX or XP(if they even exist), i have tried to put chinese charaters in my RPG but they would not show up, they were just all ?'s I have windows 7 and am using XP, and i have the language pack installed but that didn't do much. So i wanted to know if there was a chinese version. Any help would be appreciated.

I don't think there is an official Chinese version of RPG Maker.
If you want to use Chinese characters in your game, you'll have to set your regional parameters accordingly, or use AppLocale.

For changing the regional parameters, the option is located in the Configuration Panel.
And you can download AppLocale from Microsoft.

But is there a reason why you really need to put Chinese characters? I mean, the players will have to do the same that you, so if you aren't making a game all in chinese, this is a bad idea.

Yes the entire game is going to be in chinese. Thanks for the info.
