Creates a Debit card for use in the menu to deposit money and withdraw money and even match how much you have on the card every 500 steps useful if you want to have access to a bank on the go in you project

Debit Card: set the scope to none, the occasion to only from the menu and consume to no, and common event to 1 or where ever the common event is gonna be
