Hey people. I've been having some problems with Vampyr Net Gaming 1.5 RC. I just wanted to know the following:

1. How do I set a MOTD?
2. How do I set the newest version?
3. It seems that I can't set my no-ip, it says "failed to start server", how do I fix this?
4. Is it possible to turn the day & night changing thing off?

EDIT: I did just discover, that 1.5 RC is localhost-only, so if somebody has a link to 1.11, or 1.1.1 or whatevur this version is called, it would be nice if you could upload it since I didnt find this version anywhere in google.

I DONT CARE WHAT VERSION BUT IT HAS TO BE ONLINE-PLAYABLE!

I'm translating VTL(VNG 1.6) into German, when it is done, and releasing it in a German RPG forum. Hopefully, this will bring VTL(VNG 1.6) to more people, because I really think this is a great program, and should not be unknown.
