id like to set up a event so that characters can learn to use weapons but are not able to use them otherwise.
Ex. character 1 can use a shortsword but not a longsword but he goes to a trainer and learns how to use a long sword.

the problem with setting this up is that each class has the set weapons that they can use..
and cant use any others unless set by the class. i want to be able to add weapons to there class list by them learning
to use it.

if this cant be done by event just let me know and ill see if a script can cover it.

Unfortunately there is no way to do this by event for editing the classes equippable weapons/equipment.
There is a different way to do it through the use of common events, but it would be rather long to have one for each character and especially if you have a lot of weapons.
Your best bet would be to go with a script for this one. Probably much less complicated.
If you still want to do it by event, I'll be glad to make the event.

problem is i havnt found anyone who has done a script like this mate. so presents a bit of an obstical ya know. idk tho ill think of something. im currently trying to set up an event system for a Ranger class. and at lvl 3 of the class it askes you if you want to do two weapon fighting style or ranged style my problem is i got to create multipules of the same class for there choices not only that ima halfto get a script that will allow the character to change from one weapon to dual weapons...
