Well, I would share it but... I'm not that great of an artist. ;

The inspiration was for more than just a painting though, it was more for a game that I'm making. (Not an RPG game, rather a board game - lol.)

I love board games and things like that! Hence the whole chessboard thang. I wish you luck with whatever your doing! =D

Albeit being reincarnated as a fighter. ;p

The midguard serpent was turning into peter and the dragon when i was doing it, and i was like noooooooo! But then i embraced it, and there he is. And yes, he does have a rather funny face =D
Id love to see some RE:Incarnation characters as little chesspieces! Or even just cut out like 'Paper Children'. Would be awesome!
And at the moment heres my list of characters-

Thats all the main pieces I have planned, then will create duplicate verisons of the pawn pieces. Of which will be picnic food and the like.
After that ill create a little chequered board in the style of a picnic blanket.

The lovely SkullDog (Click here~) on deviantart was doing am Advent drawing thing, were if a fellow deviant (me) commented on her journal with a character, she would draw/paint it for you. But of course only one person will get chosen a day... And low and behold!!! I was numero 2!!!! WOOOOOOO

And guess who i asked her to draw..... GRULFF!!!! And OMG, isn't he just the sweetest overweight hairy ogre EVER!

I used to do my own comics, but never got a good story going. If i could collab with a writer then that would be fab! (although with making my cheespieces, uni work and illustrating a book atm, i doubt ill have time to fit in in.. lol!)

Finally finished uni for Crimble!!

Ive been doing a lot of art too! Cristlemas cards, presents and a nativity-


And after thinking about my chesspieces, i decided to revise the whole design somewhat and go littler smaller, and in a slightly different style. That said i have half of it done in just one afternoon! (no pictures just yet, but will do asap)
Heres the new battle list-

• Zeus v Hades (king)
• Siren v Medusa (queen)
• Lara croft v Anubis (bishop)
• Harry potter v Voldemort (bishop)
• Yoshi v Kooper (knight)
• Kraken v Seadragon (knight)
• Link v Ganon (rook)
• Ben 10 v Vilgax (rook)

All the goodies have been done so far, as well as their picnic food pawns. (each piece corresponds to a character) (eg. Link has Navi Kebab, and Harry Potter has some jelly beans)
I promise lll have some pics to show you tomorrow! =D
