What exactly is the difference between Management, Directors and Head Staff ? It seems that Management group is more like technical admins, but I'm not completely sure... This is just out of curiosity. Management are the staff from I entry, and yes they have access to our servers and do the really technical things. Directors are involved in the general day to day running of the site, hiring and firing staff, and Starscream does a lot of technical work, for example changing areas of the forum around, creating new areas... Head Staff and other staff provide resources for the site, Holder deals with tutorials and submissions and From Ariel runs the IRC ( she needs a new IRC Staff badge) and the gallery. I'm aware this was a strange question, but most sites don't really do the difference between board admins and tech admins (I used to run several sites back in the day and I was pretty much all in the same time).
