2D fighter maker resources Options

ok, so...after discovering 2D fighter maker i wanted to try it out and make a cool game out of a comic i made once...weeeell....i came into a major snag, when i open up 2d fightermaker...everythings blank, no basic resources, no Prebuilts, no nothing, so i have nothing to work with or even use as a general idea of what i need to make...so...like...am i missing a file, or is literally EVERYTHING required to be done by scratch
