Of course you can always take your uncited word over his uncited words.

I've specifically cited the contract three times so far. I'm not sure why you'd think what I said was uncited, as my belief comes from the words of Enterbrain. If you read my post again, you can clearly see I'm refering to the contract.

What do you reckon the chances are of being able to contact the company via email and getting them to give you permission to use their graphics and make one of there games the way you want it to be and then publish it for free?

Practically zero.

Thought as much, still i might try talk to natsume and see what they say smile.gif

I believe that If you purchase RM legally, you own all the rights to your game and can sell it without any restrictions. However, if you use resources made by others or ripped from commercial games, I don't think you can sell it but I'm not 100% positive.

You have to get permission from the developer! Otherwise yes you can sell it.

Rm2k/3 only restricts you from selling games, regardless of if it's paid.

There's no otherwise about it as I've already stated. The contract states that you can not transfer the RTP at all, it states no exception for "within a game", thus you cannot sell a game that includes the RTP without permission from Enterbrain.
