I want to show game footage in a intro video before the main menu in my game just wonder what hypercam would be good you use, and what script is good for a intro video.

Get Hypercam2. Works like shit, but it's the best you will get for free without having a certain amount of time recording.
However, it can only record Low Quality. And it's movies take a lot of space, 15 second video is 85 MB. However, if you use Windows Movie Maker you can reduce the file size by 90% by saving it to your computer through Windows Movie Maker. Anyway it can do the job, but it might slow down your computer a lot during use. So only have 1 or 2 programs open at a time.

Depends on what engine your using like Kaz said. But you also have to take into account the amount of memory this intro movie is going to take up in your game. Not saying that you shouldn't make a intro movie before the start-up, but it is just something to consider.

Also, FYI, the intro movie must be skippable. ^^
