Random Battle HUD
Version: 1.2Author: OriginalWijRelease Date:6/5/2009Introduction:This script displays a HUD on the map which displays how long until the next random battle.
It changes color as the battle gets closer. It also displays the recommended average party level
that you should be at to handle the monsters on that map.

- ability to activate/deactivate the HUD (if in "town")
- the HUD can be hidden when not needed (if in "town")
- the HUD goes "transparent" when the player is behind it
- the recommended level display can be disabled
- HUD can be moved to anywhere on screen

- added and optional new formula for calculating random battles
