Ironic really when I paint on paper I use acrylics, but this is using the air brush with the graphics tablet.

I don't seem to be able to get the depth of colour I would like, and I agree the colours are weird I agree.

Skies work ok but grass nah....not sure at all.

I like the hazy look with the detailed parts like the grass really stand out against the background and the sky is beautiful. What was your inspiration for this?

I was pleased with the sky, so thank you.
My inspiration - looking out to sea the other day the sky was just like that

Had some time off work and dug out the tablet.

Still needs some work but I know if I post it here then I will continue with it rather than abandon it!

This is the first time I have seen any of your art...and it's pretty good! I await to see what the remaining piece will turn out to be! I guess, I'll be snooping around the rest of this topic for anymore surprises from Kaz. ^^

@ Brent Murray

Thank you

Tried both a clear and opaque vase - clear looks crisper maybe? Plus I added a few more leaves to the clear one

Oh wow that's some nice soft effect there, I prefer the clear one that has the bud on the bottom.
I think you may have blurred the vase a bit much on the opaque one, though I do like the soft shadow on that one.

The main question at stake here Homo is would you buy this? And how many peanuts are you willing to pay for her lovely flowers?

I love the eyes, it's dark enough at the bottom to give impression that she's looking down at the heart. The dark pink on the right of her is also a really nice touch, it draws the nice mood away from the picture with the blood heading in the opposite direction.

I actually like that alot....I'm trying to convince myself whether she is sad as in very sad or
her past has now left her in the hope of something new ?
The only thing I think could be improved is some accentuation in the skin tones...shading.
Nice gothic lips, if the same was applied around her eyelids...wow.
I like your style happy.gif .
