I need help doing this (map skill) explanation inside Options

So here it is..
Well, i dont know how to call it, so i'll call it "map skill"
it is a skill that can be used when you're on the map when pressing a keyboard button, something like firing an arrow to hit switches..
it's the same thing as setting the bomb event (i've seen a demo), the difference is, the bomb is stationary and what i want is projectile or fires arrows.
i've seen it in games using ABS, but i guess those were due to scripts.

so if anybody there knows how to do it, I'll really appreciate it

well well.. i guess i wont be needing help now. i figured it my self

now i'm gonna figure out the switching..
