guess i just felt like sharing my battle interface, and some artwork, aha.
It's the first interface i made, so it may be changed later.

As for the concept art, it's for two different projects, though i'm focusing mostly on the fantasy-ish one at the moment.
So yeah, hoping you like it i guess, feedback's nice too. xD

Command menu/party status

Rosario sprite made by me, also. Just not the ghost ofc, and the background. Health bars to be changed.. oh yeah and Atoa's battle system.

OMG!!! This is actually great!

These mechs... are fantastic!

I really love science fiction RPGs and if these sketch represent even only a ten percent of the work... well, I will look forward too see them finished.

Did you draw inspiration from Gundam, Armored Core, Code Geass or anything else? I'm a huge Armored Core fan and I found that mass produced mech reminded me that game...

Even the large mech and the beam rifle are exceptional...
I wish I was able to draw like that...

As regards the previous screens...
The battle system HUD and the sprite look nice and well done. I personally don't like Rosario's chibi's face. I think it's too much different from the battler.

Maybe I'll ask for help for my project, since I'm using mech like that (maybe smaller, but the style is similar)...

LOL YES. ARMORED CORE AND CODE GEASS. Those are my two biggest mech inspirations, other than the artist MeganeRid from Deviantart.

As for the chibi face.. i guess it was kinda the eyes, where i was trying to establish a distinguishing characteristic. Kinda.. yeah i'm bad at analogies loool. Angled in, slightly feminine, kinda like code geass xD
But i will be making a detailed closeup of both Vance and Rosario's faces. (which will be on my dA)

and i would be glad to help with a project ;D only if i have time though, too many unfinished requests at the moment.

Anyways, thanks for the compliments.

I really love the crispness of your lines btw.,. I can tell u use sai actually. XD
I wish I could draw mechas like u too... maybe I just need to draw them more or something..

Very clean artwork, and very detailed!

Your spritework is brilliant! Do you have it animated?

The Rosario Chibi WIP image is my favourite (hair reminds me of a Phoenix or something), and the line-art/wings are very clean. =]

Vance (pencil) looks great as well, and I can't wait to see a clean digital version!

Mass-produced mech actually reminds me of Front Mission, but I definitely see some Code Geass in there. wink.gif

The mech Sketch is really huge... like way too big unless it's a boss or something, but it's cool anyway. XD

The Beam Rifle doesn't look like it's light enough to be able to hold, but it looks flamboyant. (Is that a place for a shoulder on the back part of it?)

Aha yeahh, i use SAI with a Monoprice tablet (not fancy like those Wacom ones buut it works! ;D).
Thanks, and, dont expect a finished game till like, two years from now LOL. i can't focus on one thing for too long, not even maplestory. xD

Thanks xD i took about a week studying pixel art, mostly Kiwinuptuo's so i could be confident enough to make something decent lool. not animated as of the moment, pretty new to this stuff actually. Buut i'm looking forward to getting to that ;D

the big walker thing is supposed to be a common-ish boss (not miniboss.) Not really unique, but not like mass produced. probably one leading every brigade, kinda like that blue.. tank thing from Code Geass.

Aaand the beam rifle was meant to be ridiculous LOL. yeah, the stock is supposed to be able to extend outwards (if needed) and put on the shoulder. i guess for any non-main character you'd need to have an additional tripod also. or something like that.

and no problem, i guess i'll be posting more soon ;D
