virtual trading card game. need help., can someone help me figure out how? Options

hi. i want to create a card game that you can play against an AI. if there's a way to create
multiplayer that would be cool too, but if not at least an AI to battle.

the game functions just like
chaotic. except the spirit
cards (called mugic cards in
chaotic) are in a pile instead of your hand. the
locations are called nexuses.
can anyone help me out here?
please be specific if you
can, because it's been a
while since i used game maker. please help if
possible.
