A Seperate Topic For Eventing?, Wondering if maybe it could be made. Options

I myself am only an eventer for the most part. I don't know scripting all that well...Anyway.

I looked through the forums and noticed that there is a section for "RpgMakerVx Scripts(Xp and GameMaker)"
A section for tutorials and examples which is(of course)for tutorials of any sort for all the game systems.
Just wondering if it's possible that a mod would allow a seperate topic for Eventing, for the Rpg Maker Series.

Scripts are created to share with others, and it would be nice if we could share Eventing System's among the community.
Mainly for people who make events for the series that are used by other people.

Hopefully I explained it fairly well...didn't know how to word it exactly.

Doubting it will actually get created. But mind aswell see what other people think about it.

I thought about that too. I like to event and dont mind sharing but I dont really want to write a tutorial on everything I do. Just post screen shots and say "This is what it does". It would be cool to see what other people think of and do with events.

If you want to make an eventers topic we can pin it for you so everyone can find it?

Hmm...I actually meant a seperate forum, but if not, thats fine with me.
A pinned topic would be okay. But, a forum would be nicer .
It doesn't matter which though, either one would be fine.

I'm not a fan of that particular idea. I also believe that there should be a forum focused solely on Eventing, but I envision something more in depth than simply a "This is what it does" -- a single topic would suffice for that.

There is a forum for almost everything else, so I don't see why Eventing should be left in the dark.

Yes, it wouldn't make sense to just make events if nobody can understand how they work. Just use comments in the event(s) that you make to tell the player what does what. And when you would post a topic, give detail and instruction on what it does. Screenshots aswell.

Scripts have detailed instructions in them on how to use them/call them. The events would also need this aswell.

That's what i was thinking too. But not a separate topic, more like a child forum to the system it is in, like Eventing goes in RPG Maker XP
