I have an old project that never got finished, the creator just vanished, and I loved the demo he had out before he kinda stopped working.
I am recently trying to rebuild it for XP and or VX, but I need to open the project in the original RP2K, but I can't! I have no idea how. If needed, you can find the demo through googling it and looking for Fizzual...I emailed him about a year ago asking if there was any actual completed works...but he had no answers, said the developer kinda vanished.
Project is called Savior Knight Legends: Mage's Quest.
IF someone can figure out how to open it so I can view the script, events, etc etc, I would be EXTREMELY appreciative.
I give all credit to Exosoft (the original maker I think) and Biebersoft, the name of the 'publisher'. But I really wanna remake this so people can enjoy it again,

What do you mean about "can't?" Are you saying you have it or you only have the demo? Or are you talking about decryption which we cannot provide help for
I'm not sure what you mean by "can't" properly. As Kayden said, do you only have the demo which is the RPG_RT? or do you have the actual and full game folder?
If so, you need to open it in RPG Maker 2000 as if you're opening a file like you would in any maker... Or if it's decrypted, you cannot do anything about that. The file needs to be a folder itself, and not just the RPG_RT file

Just to clarify a bit further, if you're asking to duplicate your events in VX as you did in 2K, shouldn't be a problem. VX's event layout is a bit different, and includes a few additional options, but most of the event commands are still present. However, you can't simply try and convert it, you'd have to manually re-design the events in VX.
