Poem: Adonis

We met at a most desired time,
you uncovered my face,
which was covered with grime,
at last I could see,
what lay before me,
a man,
an Adonis,
an angel, let's honest,
some people look down upon us,
they our relationship,
calling it only lust,
but ours was one built upon trust,
one which I thought,
could never rust,

You're my sweet love,
my sweet life,
it would be interesting,
if I became your wife,
let's face it,
we are meant to be,
in one way or another,
soon you'll see,
that our meeting,
was one full of glee,

You brought me,
out of my shell,
you brought me,
out of my own personal hell,
I told you never to tell,
with the tears in my eyes,
that would well,
they told of an unfortunate event,
that one day, your heart you would sell,

And I would never get what I yearn,
as it came time,
for me to learn,
that my heart would forever burn,
with so much concern.

Fell On Deaf Ears
A remembrance poem.

On Heaven's Earth we will reunite,
He took you away from pain, that very night,
In the early morning of the Tennessee moon,
You were safe in our Heavenly Father's arms by noon,
The place in which you passed is a place on this Earth,
Blessed by God's Divine Grace,
Now, in that place, of you there will always be a trace,
You will be missed, a motherly presence we will all miss,
But, a better remembrance I could not have wished,
Grandma Corine, in your resting place you are,
I do not worry how you are,
You dying fell on deaf ears,
Though it had me at riveting tears,
You, my brand new angel, are always near,
This I know, with littlest fear,
That my prayers, now you will always hear.

The sky is within our reach.

No me dejes en el rio de muerte,

Mirar en mi ojos,
Mi alma viva en mi
Corazon, amor es para siempre,

Perdone me...este estaba no como
Lo estaba supuesto a ser,
Nuestros alma eran uno,
Que estaba nunca a ser deshecho,

Perdone me, yo soy no buscando espalda.

Of all the souls you were the one,

That God had me love and adore,

I would treat you with tenderness and care,

And at me you would stare,

And I would not be alone,

From that moment on,

My love for you has grown,

You showed me love like no one had before,

In our hearts, the inner love and light shone,



Tell me you would stay by my side,

You did and I was content,

Only tears of joy I had cried,

In my dreams we are always together,

Inseparable and fully in love,

Dancing from here to the clouds above,

Into Heaven's Loving Hold,

Yes it is, it is what I wish for but can't seem to find anywhere.

Let it find you. Soul mates usually find each other without trying to, of course this means that it's easy to become impatient with waiting, but just be cautious when "it's too easy" to get involved with someone, because they might only be attracted to you in a shallow way. =]

That's true, but I am happy that it is like this. Humans are creatures I associate myself with when I feel I have no other choice, or my intuition tells me that they are good people and would be nice to get close too. That is why you all are my internet family.
