Story
A world renown scholar faces a problem when their mother becomes sick. No traditional cures have been able to save her, not even out of ordinary methods have worked. Desperate, they discover the legend about the Elohim Cube, a fantastic artifact that may heal her. But no one has ever been able to get the Elohim Cube because the road to it is long and hard and filled with deadly traps...

Aren't you the guy responsible for Bedtime Story and Final Fantasy XXX? I never knew you were still actively making RPG Maker games. xD

Yes I am MISTER BIG T, the creator of those games, albeit I really wouldn't call Bedtime Story a game. No, I've never stopped making games, I just left this place as it didn't suit my projects at the time. (Angelissa's Quest and Adventures of MISTER BIG T 5) I'll be posting few of my projects here since the only NSFW stuff I'm working on will be released comercially anyway.


This game is suitable for everyone, even grandma. In fact, I did show it to my grandma too and even the youngest of my cousins. It's a funny cute game and I highly recommend it.


It's somewhat hard though so that's the only thing I think would make it somewhat higher in terms of age. My cousin who's 13 had some problems at it but honestly, she aced almost all the questions without cheating. (She only got one of them wrong, which was the trick question.) Without cheating and looking around, you can think of this as hard to very hard game. The only question she would have failed was the final one and I taught her how to do it.


Only requirements is that you should know english as to understand what to do at few points and the clues to how to do things. Basic understanding about puzzle solving and logical skills are also recommended. This game tests every part of your braing from logical, reaction, memory, math and to visual, so if there's something you're having huge troubles, it's usually the mathematical and the logic ones that I've seen people get problems with. In short, this game is like an IQ test but with gameplay.


Don't be discouraged though, not even my math professor was able to solve the math riddle on one go without making one error.

Many people get stuck in the math problem... It is really not that hard after you find the key number.

I love this game. It was amazing, especially for a game that is only about an hour long.

Though,

[Show/Hide] when you

confront Jen in the end, the snake part is not that fun, it would be nice with something indicating that she is about to shoot.

Also, it would be nice with a save option after the cutscene is done, since I had to rewatch the cutscene like five times.

And finally, the game can't find the SE 'Item1', so I had to go into the audio folder myself and add a file called 'Item1' if I wanted to drink the soup.

The fishing part has a glitch, if you repeatedly press all the arrow keys at once, the game lags out and the SE plays over and over.

And finally, Mister Big T's character looks so out of place. I understand it's supposed to look silly, but it would be nice to atleast make it the same style as the other faces.

That's all the criticism I can give, the game was amazing. Loved the story, really good characters, and my favorite part about the game was the voice acting, it was so good, and really made the game feel alive (though, Bella's song was kinda awkward).

Oh, and I forgot to mention how I love the artwork.

I was thinking on an indicator but thought it'd make the fight far too easy.

That's really weird, I am sure I fixed that. I wish I'd have my copy of the 1.1 version, now I can't access it because I was idiot and encrypted it. I am never using encryption again because it's really pointless, easy to crack and just made it so I am no longer able to keep supporting this game. Child's Light I did few months ago is un encrypted and I've been able to support it much better.

This is caused by you hanging your system, it is not a glitch that can be solved especially since that's not how you play that.

I didn't have the time to find an artist to do VX style portrait and that was the only one I could make use of like that.

Mindless detail; Bella sings random songs everytime she cooks. She can sing several songs.

+ I really like the voice overs, they fit and they really add something!
+ Even without battles, there van be a real;ly good game with RPG Maker, you showed this really good!
+ Love the puzzly dungeons, they drag me in and won't let me go (Argh, how do I do that... Is it morning already?)

They're automatic, having an item gives you their bonuses (Ring of Honor flat out tells you it automaticly halves all damage). Equipping items is a function that is not needed in the game and as such was removed to not introduce needless mechanics and to allow it easier to pick up.

You have to time it and then run. That is the only way. Turn auto dash off if you have it on for better align yourself to the path and then get close promximity. Then just wait for the fire to go off and make a dash. Don't go to lava as you take massive damage and die near instantly.
