This can all be achieved using the eventing system in your project. Go into battle events, choose your enemy (say tutor) and expand
your event in there. Name your tutor as an enemy x and simply add conditions depending on what skills he or she wishes to teach.
Infact you could even make a duet battle which you can set the conditions yourself to gain skills...a sub boss type of thing.
This could relate to a level up arts skill for example...infact anything you want.
