Is it at all possible to make messages displayed in battle display on the bottom of the screen? It gets so annoying to have them cover all the important areas.

At some point, you're going to have to talk to a tree and do what it says.

I'm not sure, I don't think that's possible in the DBS.

Please tell me which RPG_RT.exe version, which patches and which battle layout you use and I will create a patch for you which moves the window to the bottom!

That is mighty kind of you! I'm using 1.0.8, and the traditional/large window combination. The only additional thing I'm using is your RPGMaker2009, which I might add is much better then the default interface thumbsup.gif

Happy Easter smile.gif I did it in a more flexible way: With this patch, the message box position in battle depends on the Message Display Settings (Top/Center/Bottom), as it does on the map. The "prevent hero from being overlapped" setting is ignored, of course.

Download IPS patch for RM2k3 1.08: http://share.cherrytree.at/showfile-2702/2...ssagewindow.ips
Download patched executable: http://share.cherrytree.at/showfile-2703/rpg_rt2.exe

Best regards,
Cherry
