YEM Melody - VICTORY FACE ERROR, using NON-Yem/Melody char in my own game will not complete battle Options

I'm getting a strange error where the Victory Face file is not named properly or something,
but I'm not using a YEM character yet I am using the battle engine.

I set up the view so that I get angled battle view with everyone on-screen because the default battle view in rpg maker VX is too simple
and I cannot figure out if you CAN change the battle view without 3rd party scripts...

the problem I finally ran into after designing this really cool layout and all, I can't finish ANY battles because it wants a victory face
file of some sort... I'm willing to bet it would work if I used one of their own characters but I have my own character and I dont know how
to get around this.

I accidently deleted my YEM bookmark and could not google it directly for some reason only found MENTIONS of it...

Please help?
