Help Making Even Options

Hi all and greeting master of RPG maker..

i'm just new in this site so i want to ask something about making even...

please help me and i'm sorry if my english bad

I'm making an RPG game without a fight
in this game its primary mission is to help someone like finding lost objects, and others.
my question is ... how do I create an event where we are asked to find the missing objects ?
and how to get someone to close the road to go if you do not have the necessary items such as tickets to watch a musical performance


Please help me all ..
if the game is completed, I wanted to share it with you all ...
