I'm not sure If I post this here or send somebody a pm for advice but every time I go to create an album for my resources I can't select anything in the category list. It just seems to be unelectable, therefore I can't create an album. Do I have to get permission first to submit my resources? Or do I just post a forum for them? Sorry.

You can post resources in the Gallery, however you cannot create your own albums for uploading until you have reached the Revolutionary status (100 post count). Hope that answers your question.
