How do I display skills that are learned upon levelup Options

RMXP is really lacking in the "notifying you when you level up" department. I already found a script which shows an animation when you level up. However, there's still no way to know that you learned a new skill when you levelup. You just kinda figure it out eventually on your own.

Are there any scripts out there already for RMXP to notify you when you learn a new skill upon levelup? I found two for RMVX- would it be very difficult to convert either of these scripts to XP?
