Okay, so maybe I'm losing my mind, but...

The silence status ailment isn't working properly for me. Some of my characters' spells are being blocked by it, others aren't - and I'm not exactly sure as to why.

I've tried examining the ones that aren't working and the ones that are, and there's no visible difference between them. I'm using YEM.
I'm sure it's something really simple that I'm overlooking.

When using Silence, it only blocks spells that have at least a 1% dependency on a character's Spirit. In other words, if you look in the database, you'll see a "Spirit F" Box. If those have at least 1 in it, Silence blocks it. Are you sure all the unblocked spells don't only have base damage? Things like stat raises will not be blocked by Silence.

That's exactly what it was. smile.gif didn't know that feature had been added - really nifty stuff =D

I just set a 1% spi influence to all spells, problem solved. ^^;
