Help! Class Issue, Changing class issue Options

Hello again! Exuriél with an another issue "Unfortunately" You see i wish to change class on the Player in a Cutscene, but the annoying part is
that he does'nt get the Skills that Magicians have, why is that? Please can someone help me? And it's a big no to change the Skills with the "Change Skills event" iv'e noticed.
