Define "not working right" a bit better?

You know, Enterbrain didn't make a help manual that goes over the recource specifications and image size and frames for no reason.

Check under Help > Import / Export Recources > Image Specifications > (7) Tilesets > Standard Tileset Details.

Read what you need to there.
Also note that you have met the following conditions (Taken from the RM2k3 Help File Manual):

One case is the map has a transparent color like red or black
Another case is when my maps can't be seen

1) Make sure you import your maps (don't copy and paste them in)
2) Make sure they're 256 colors .bmp .jpg or .png
3) If they're custom maps, make sure your transparency color is one that isn't used anywhere on the map other than for transparency - such as magenta.
