Got the lineart finished and the base white in place, which was a pain in the arse to do pinch.gif

Thanks Croixiane, I've finished that low poly character and have been using it to draw NPC costumes.
Cheers kaz, I should update the main post of the Project thread when I've done the main characters.

Almost done with the merging of the two skin tones, figured I'd do a closer image for yous since I've been tinkering more with the lineart:

Hi holder

You are getting better and better so keep chugging along
I really like those eyes they are nicely done

I think that one thing you should focus on that would be a great side project is re-evaluating how you map out proportion and maybe explore with it a little bit more
you tend to draw things a little bit beefy and stubby
which again isnt a bad thing but I think that it would become a lot easier for you if you were to practice elongating certain features and things

you have gotten a lot better though and your colors are coming off a lot less dull
I would maybe suggest exaggerating your colors a little bit more
try exploring different hues when highlighting and stuff like that

Another thing you might want to look up is expression and poses
sometimes the poses seem a little bit robotic
If you relaxed certain things then I think it would come off more natural

but like I said I am picking on you
I just care :c
keep going keep going
because you are improving so much
c:

@bacon, thanks so much for the advice and all. I really wish I had the time that I used to -sitting and drawing was what I used to do almost 24-7. Now though my free time is massively limited so I try to find a fast track way to completing things or they end up getting left.

This is meant to be a non-typical thin yet massive busty character, I kinda wanted a bit of weight on her (hence the slight love handles wink.gif )
You're totally right about the pose those, in fact on most of my work (Art & Pixel) I can't do dynamic poses, but I am trying off screen. Reason for this being static is because I hope to use it as a face/bust graphic for the game, but I know I need to try to use flow lines or even anything to help me get a more relaxed or flexible pose going, even different angles.

Cheers for taking the time to do that and I love receiving critique like that, even if I know I may not be able to correct the things right away I know it's something I should try to focus on and repeat over and over to test new and different things.

Almost finished, leaving it for now till I can get the skill to correct the errors (Hair highlight and Bust shading):

I don't know that I can say more than has been said, except to say that I agree.
However, I do specifically agree that the skin tones are very nicely done!
A few more tweaks, and it's ready for print. wink.gif

Pixel plotting time, though it doesn't look like much I've been trying to get the stance right for about one hour now...

A few people have asked in the past how I do my battlers from scratch, well it's the first little tech you normally learn when drawing.
I know a couple of people may recognise the stance wink.gif

I really like this graphical style. It's a lot like Battleon when I stopped playing it:

The design of the character is really cool, too. Maybe I missed something; is this an original character?

Hope that wasn't the reason why you stopped playing it laugh.gif
Cheers and yeah she's and original character and that's sorta why I'm trying to draw them so much that I get used to how she looks.
It's the sixth and final playable character in my project, advertising her more than others as she seems to be the most popular and that should in turn keep playing through the game more to obtain her wink.gif .
