Wishing to find revelation and flee from her problems, Sandrine packs her bags and travels to Europe, hoping to find some peace and find herself again, she visits multiple places in Europe like Ceverteri, Rome, and Versailles, France and Munich, Germany.
Although while in Munich she sees a man dressed in all grey following her around, scared by this event she flees into her hotel and doesn’t come out for hours. When she finally does emerge from the hotel, the man dressed in grey is waiting for her and confronts her, saying only the numbers “24.” Confused by this, Sandrine tries to enjoy her day but the man is still in the back of her mind, he was too beautiful to be human.
When the day is over Sandrine returns to her nice luxurious hotel room and falls into a deep slumber, when she wakes the next day her room is covered in blue tint and is freezing cold, she walks over to her floor-to-ceiling windows and stares out at what should be Munich, but is instead a model of the city covered in ice.
She is in Hell.

Lots of questions! O_O

Why Sandrine as a name?
How old is she?
What does she look like?
Why is she fleeing from her problems instead of facing them?
What are these problems she is fleeing from?
Why does she decide to flee to another country/continent? Is it because it is far away from where she was?
Why in specific did she choose those locations and not other popular sites like Florence, Vienna, Paris, London?
Is Munich the last, and current, place she is visiting? Meaning... did she already visit the other places, or was Munich between visiting other places?
Why is this guy dressed in all grey versus all black/white/yellow? tongue.gif
Why does he confront her and not someone else? What makes her so special?
Why is she confused by what he says? Is she simply forgetting about something, or is this a part of something still to come?
Now that she says he was beautiful (handsome might have been a better term for a guy, but it still works I guess, lol), why was she scared of him in the first place if she thought this?
If she thinks he's too beautiful to be human, then what else is there other than being human? Angel? Demon?
Why would she assume that something other than humans exist? Has she encountered other beings? Is she just paranoid and delusional? Was there a past event that explains her belief in the existence of any intelligent beings other than human?
Are we talking about aliens?
Is she afraid of being abducted? Again, if it happened previously?
If she was afraid in the first place, why would she ever leave this "nice luxurious" hotel room?
Why a deep slumber and not just normal sleeping?
How do we know a day has actually passed? How do we know she is awake? Couldn't it still be night in reality and she is dreaming?
Why does she assume that this is hell? Why is hell cold instead of hot, if it really is hell?
Why would a model version of Munich be in hell?
Why would she be in hell?

Just a few questions relating to reasoning and logic, so you can eventually answer all of these questions through the story (I don't recommend you just answer them directly, obviously, but most of these should be answered before too much story takes place so that the reader isn't completely lost). A reader likes to know that everything has a reason and purpose for being the way it is, and for characters to act the way they do. Even unbelievable scenarios need to have believable reactions from characters and believable reasons for things that exist or happen in the story. =]

Why Sandrine as a name? Sandrine is a popular French female name. It is a diminutive form of Sandra, a shortened form of Alexandra, the female version of Alexander, which means Protector of Men.
How old is she? She is 22-years-old.
What does she look like? Her skin is a creamy caramel-type brown that has no blemishes, she has light green eyes that are vibrant and alive and flowing auburn hair that reaches the middle of her back. Her facial features are petite as well as her body shape, she resembles a pixie.
Why is she fleeing from her problems instead of facing them? Sandrine was very much in love with her husband Gerald Dawson, and eight months before this story takes place she witnesses him kissing and embracing his cousin's wife at a party they had attended. She filed a for a divorce and eight months later it is finalized, on the day it is finalized is when she is feeling the most sorry for herself and decides to travel to all of the places she has dreamed of traveling to.
What are these problems she is fleeing from? A broken heart, demons of her own past that she has no idea of, but she feels them there (they will be revealed in the story), and a deep sense of loneliness and she is trying to find herself.
Why does she decide to flee to another country/continent? Is it because it is far away from where she was? She travels to Europe and the countries within to seek solace somewhere foreign to her. She is tired of the US and wants to find somewhere where she doesn't feel so alone.
Why in specific did she choose those locations and not other popular sites like Florence, Vienna, Paris, London? Too much emphasis has been placed on those various popular tourist-attractions. In my mind, it was time to explore the beauty of other places that have not been in the spotlight.
Is Munich the last, and current, place she is visiting? Meaning... did she already visit the other places, or was Munich between visiting other places? Munich is the last place she is in before her transportation.
Why is this guy dressed in all grey versus all black/white/yellow? tongue.gif Grey represents modesty and reliability. Something you wouldn't expect to find in the Devil.
Why does he confront her and not someone else? What makes her so special? That is a big secret, it will be revealed in the plot. tongue.gif
Why is she confused by what he says? Is she simply forgetting about something, or is this a part of something still to come? She is confused by what he said as many people would be, what do you do when a person comes up to you and randomly says '24' then walks away?
Now that she says he was beautiful (handsome might have been a better term for a guy, but it still works I guess, lol), why was she scared of him in the first place if she thought this? Lol, beautiful meaning the beauty of the Devil. Satan was the most beautiful and intelligent angel before he was cast out of Heaven. So he is inhumanly beautiful.
If she thinks he's too beautiful to be human, then what else is there other than being human? Angel? Demon? Demon. The king of the demons.
Why would she assume that something other than humans exist? Has she encountered other beings? Is she just paranoid and delusional? She believes in spirits, ghosts, demons, angels, and whatever else. Her statement for all of it is, "if we exist, then why can't they exist as well?"
Was there a past event that explains her belief in the existence of any intelligent beings other than human? Yes, when she was just a girl, her parents had made her angry one day and she ran fast up to her room, only to discover that when she was angry spirits would become attracted to her. Good and bad ones. So she tries to stay happy, or at least something other than angry.
Are we talking about aliens? No, not at all.
Is she afraid of being abducted? Again, if it happened previously? No, she was never abducted, nor do aliens have any role to play in this story.
If she was afraid in the first place, why would she ever leave this "nice luxurious" hotel room? To explore more of the city, and try to overcome her unexplainable fear of this man.
Why a deep slumber and not just normal sleeping? Deep slumber, meaning she stayed asleep for the remaining hours. When he said "24" he meant 24 hours left before her transportation.
How do we know a day has actually passed? How do we know she is awake? Couldn't it still be night in reality and she is dreaming? All is well and fine in the real world, but her body and spirit have disappeared to Hell.
Why does she assume that this is hell? Why is hell cold instead of hot, if it really is hell? Many people assume Hell is fiery and hot and all red. We don't know that for sure, and I think that Hell is icy and cold everywhere, so cold actually that it is hot to the touch. Frozen memories comes to mind when I think of Hell, frozen memories and frozen sorrows.
Why would a model version of Munich be in hell? Because that's where she was during the transportation. In this story my whole point is, Hell could be a dimension right here on Earth, and every place that is in the real world could be exactly the same in Hell.
Why would she be in hell? That my friend, is the whole twist of the story. You will have to read it to find out.

I plan on adding more to the story as soon as I get a new laptop. My old burnt up, it overheated and the motherboard got fried. :/

Awesome. ^^
The purpose of asking those questions was just to make sure that you had answers to them, so it seems you are well on your way to actually finishing this story. =]

And yeah, laptops are notorious for being bad and overheating like that. ><

The new laptop I'm getting has Windows 8, 500 GBs of Hard Drive space, 4 GBs of RAM, and other features as well. The only aspect I'm weary of is the operating system, as I've only used Windows 7 for a short period of time, Vista barely, and XP throughout my entire time of using computers.
