Where can i get Rpg Maker 2003? Options

So when i went to download rpg maker 2003, it looked like it downloaded fine. But after i had un - zipped the file, it was completely empty
Does anyone know a reliable website to download it from? i looked around on the internet a little bit, but every other website looked like it would put viruses on my computer. it would be nice if i could get a little bit of help please( i'm a noob )

Sorry, guy, but forum guidelines prevent us from giving links to these downloads, because they are illegal (RM2K3 it's not freeware, or at least this is what I know...).
Haven't you notice that even RM2K3 download link from this site was actually disabled?

-Asking for illegal versions or cracks of game development engines will result in a two day suspension. Continued requests for an illegal program will result in a permanent suspension.

I bet you weren't aware of this, but that's the point and we can do little about it...
