Story
You begin the game in a strange world where the three headed monster of Cheesemas Never, Almost, and Whatever and Baba Yaga reside. Once you escape this realm, you are transported to Cheesefare week by the white shadow, Mora, who guides you around and introduces you to various customs of Maslenitsa. The goal of the game is really just to survive all the weird things that happen to your character, Mokosh. The conflict is the various weird things that happen to your character.

Setting
The Setting is a mixture of a dream world, a strange slavic land, and a bedroom.

Characters
Mokosh: Female, main protagonist, wears a onesie, drools excessively.
Mora: White Shadow, guide, sneaky.
Dodola: Scape goat, smells bad, has toothpaste hair.
Baba Yaga: Antagonist, collector of exquisite beets, consumes children.

Credits
Characters and backgrounds were illustrated by me, ginahowsen. The music was a collaboration between aaron, bella, and myself. Some of the sound effects and such were from the rpg maker stock sounds/etc. or from royalty free sound sites.

Features
It doesn't really have any additional scripting.. However, I digitally painted all the characters and their walk cycles are hand animated, meaning I didn't use just pixel blocks. I also made all the backgrounds. They are watercolor pictures. And also, the music is all improvised guitar by my friend and random other instruments and sounds by another of my friends and myself. It plays more like a storybook than an rpg though. Lots of dialogue.

Known Issues
There is a moment where you are waking up from a dream, and it seems like the game is malfunctioning, however this is intentional. I wanted to give the illusion that the world is falling apart, and to jerk you out of the experience in a jarring manner, so I thought this would be best achieved with making the player feel that the game is freezing. Just be aware of this.

The genre "Something Else" is kind of vague. Could you explain this further? For example, is it more of a visual novel, a puzzle adventure, a point-and-click?

Also, where would you like this: In Project Demos (if not yet complete) or in Completed Games (if it's mostly finished)?

The visuals and backgrounds look pretty good, though, and quite interesting. I'll have to try this out when I get some time.

Edit: Moved this to Project Demo. If it's completed, send me a PM to move this to Completed Games.
