So, I was thinking and, wondered to myself, should there be a mapping tutorial
about how to map the outside of a house? Yeah. But there wasn't. So, I decided
to make one for all those people who don't know how to map a house. Here we
go!Outside-1: Place the original house down with the alternate
roof over
it.

2:
Put the two side ends on either side of the house, so that they match up with
the top rail
thing.
3: Next, connect the two sides to the top
rail.
4: Clean up the empty spots with the other roof tile from the
sides.

5:
Then clean up that last empty space with the two gray things with the tiles from
the original
house.

6:
Expand the ends however far you
want.

Follow
Steps 7-9 if you want fences.7: Go on to layer three and add the tops of
the
fences.
8: Continue to add the ends and the bottom of the fences on layer
two.
9: Do the same thing you did with the other fences, just make it bigger
around the sides, and when it comes to the end of them, put the opposite ends of
which you are working on on the end of the fences and then take the middle
pieces and connect them to the ends of the
fence.
10: Clean up those creases with the right
tiles!
11: Once you add the final touches, like trees, plants, etcetra, then
your house should look a little like
this!

Oh
yes! You can customize this however you want. For example, change the dirt path
to a steel path. You can also post your map to get a little more help (if you
need it) or a big CONGRATS!I will be posting another tutorial on how to
map the inside soon.
