Tactical RPG Editor, Came to late... Options

I was always looking around the net for a tactical editor, but I didn't come across it in time. The site is closed down, (2 Weeks too late) and although it says he may be coming online with a newer version of rpg crisis, I don't know if he will, or when he will. I don't know either, if the new site will contain the download. I am then wondering if anyone can upload a copy of the program to me via messenger. Thanks.

P.s, When is tactical RPG editor 3 due out?

If you are referring to Elemental Crisis translation, it was an illegal one. We cannot provide you a copy of the program. Use Google.
