The town, fight off the demon hordes Options

"Help, Help, HELP!!!" the cry rang out through your village. you shut the windows tightly as an older man runs past. finally collapsing in the town center, he looks fearfully around him. Just then the sky ripped open, and out dropped a demon. You cover your ears as the man is quickly...what?!?! the man wasn't eaten. You run outside with your neighbors and watch as a man with a sword repels the demon. The man from before is cowering at his feet. The demon comes in for another pass, its ragged wings flapping hard. the lone swordsman quickly chops at it and it screeches, one wing lighter. It flies awkwardly for a few feet and lands in a pile of blood and gore. the man turns to you villagers and says loudly, "I was sent by the king! let anybody who wishes to leave the danger of this village do now. it will soon be a war zone!" whispers pass through the crowd. The demons had attacked before, sometimes killing villagers or carting them off, but nothing like this. "The rift between the demon world and ours is growing weaker. Anybody who will help me hold the town until the kingdoms troops are here may stay, but the rest of you need to leave now! A small troop of knights is waiting at the edge of town to take you away to the castle. Choose to stay or not, and meet in this square at nightfall. Those who wish to leave will do so then, and those who wish to stay will be armed and battle preparations will begin." The knight stepped away from the middle of the square and quickly made his way through the crowd. Now you face a choice, leave the town you have always called home, or fight the demons, who are sure to come in larger numbers. MAKE YOUR CHOICE!
