the only thing i can tell u is it keep sying i don't have something call rvdata3000 or something along those lines

In that case, you need to install the trial version of the game before installing the English Patch.
As the Patch is not the complete installation of the trail.
Go here and install the trial, and then install from the link I gave you above. =]
