I have never used these. But now I want to.

What are the element and state efficiencies and how do I use them?

What would A, B, C, D, E mean and how would I, for example, make an enemy resistant or take less damage to say ICe as opposed to take more damage?

Element table efficiency

A = 200%
B = 150%
C = 100%
D = 50%
E = 0%
F = -100% (absorption)

State table efficiency

A = 100%
B = 80%
C = 60% (default)
D = 40%
E = 20%
F = 0% (immunity)

So A on the state table efficiency would be as in enemy is immune?

No it means that the status effect will always apply. To make the enemy immune, use F.

Does that also apply to the element table as well? Take more damage use A take no damage use F?

Was my first post that cryptic? F is -100% (absorption), E is 0% (no damage) and A is 200% (double damage).
It's really very simple.
