I've been working mostly on colours and landscapes recently. ESPECIALLY landscapes... and I'm happy to say, you can see the improvement! ; u; I appreciate critique, throw whatever suggestions you've got at me! These are ordered newest to oldest, probably from no more than a year ago. All of my art is found here, by the way. Edit: Also, the newest of these were done with either a touchpad or a mouse because my tablet broke about 6 months ago. 8C
Characters:
Large Pics
Messin' around in Photoshop! (It's at my school, I'm still eternally stuck with GIMP.) Lineart by my friend Julia! Homestuck fanart. This was a pic of my character Princess Laikoka from late June... I personally think it could use some improvement. ;__; But it took a long time, since it was my first time doing such heavy digital colouring on a person. My character Linnie.
Smaller Pics eheheh
Pixel Art
An eeljinka. As in, I made a gijinka of an eel made with this generator. Fanart for the Weeaboo Goddess of Tumblr! Except her blog was taken down. Lmao.
Landscapes:
Best Works
Arizona doesn't have autumn! :c I miss it. Attempt at a forest. Speed-paint. Mmm, you could make TOAST on those TOASTY rocks. YES \o/ Reference used. Drawn from this reference.
Mediocre Works
The view outside my bedroom window. ASKDFJ;LDF I HATE BEIGE WALLS. UGHHHH. hahaha i think that's a frog at the left. Gosh, talk about CONSISTENCY! An early step in my way to drawing landscapes correctly. I have since learned to always, ALWAYS use perspective lines!
Sketches:
Coloured
First one: the back of a girl's head with pigtails, done with highlighter. Second: Kiki from Kiki's Delivery Service. ...I LIKE DRAWING CRAZY CLOTHES, OK... Colouring experiments tested on Pokemon. Lmao. wow what OKAY, that last one has a story. I thought it would look REALLY COOL to draw a "realistic" Animal Crossing (which it would, if I had used colours/posing/perspective the right way, and had stylized it), but then it kept looking DUMBER... and DUMBER... and DUMBER as I went so I was just like, "SCREW IT, I'M GOING TO FORGE OPRAH WINFREY'S SIGNATURE, STICK IT ON THERE, AND CALL THIS DONE." And I did.
Dumb
Censored for minor vulgarity
King Bulblin from Legend of Zelda: Twilight Princess. He is seriously the funniest enemy. SKATERADIAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAA! Pretty much just the character Aradia from Homestuck, stuck on a skateboard, saying motivational quotes. :') LMFAO, I UH... My friend ships this... ironically? Gahhahaha. I did this for her. Sneach, she calls it.
Your characters cartoon style is very cute and fun! Your colour choices on those and the rest of your work is great. As for the landscaping...wow. I love those most of all, with the detail for realism and great scenery layouts! Its great to see that kind of variety in a person's work~

I Support these Projects~
...If I give all I possess to the poor and surrender my body to the flames, but have not love, I gain nothing. Love is patient, love is kind. It does not envy, it does not boast, it is not proud. It is not rude, it is not self-seeking, it is not easily angered, it keeps no record of wrongs. Love does not delight in evil but rejoices with the truth. It always protects, always trusts, always hopes, always perseveres. Love never fails....

I really love your style. It's adorable and your backgrounds and some of your characters made me make up stories for a cute little steampunk fairytale^__^

@Nanashi: Thank you much! <3 I'm glad to hear you like the variety, I have problems with consistency, lol.
@Sakura: Aw, thank you! It's good to hear that it evokes a story... it means a lot to me, because I do try to convey more than one scene and make my art thoughtful! ; u ; <3
