Unfortunately Logan this is basically impossible if you have decided to use Events to administer the initial amount of damage inflicted and the percentage you wish to be reflected, i did how-ever read of a 'Reflection State' some while ago I don't recall the specifics but when the player was in this state the enemies damage was reflected back onto them, enemies could also use this state.
It would be well worth looking for that Topic on this forum and if you are unable to find it give it a search on Google.
Sorry i couldn't be of anymore use at this present time, but I will be experimenting with ways to make this possible and will get back to you with my findings.
