Lol, ya...with these little sprites it's sometimes hard to show where one thing ends and the other begins without it looking really jarring. I'd just go for some plain brown thongs or alpagatas!
Just to give you an idea, here are the kind of thongies I was thinking about: thongs

Honestly, I would just finnish her without any shoes. Then, once she's done, walk her around a bit and see how you feel then. It's always easier to get a feel for a character once they're moving. That way, once she's done, you can add shoes and immediately see what it looks like in-game.

Her hair looks pretty good to me - maybe brighten up the highlights a little bit. Otherwise I think it looks fine. If it's been done from scratch I bow down to your hair spriting ability lol that's something I have yet to master >_>
Looks like you're coming along great so far. Keep working at the shading and you'll get it no problem. I love her little glove things she's wearing. Accessories like that are awesome. Again just pay attention to your shading and a little big of highlighting and you'll do fine.

Wow, that's some freakishly good hair. You really didn't waste any time with simple styles, you just dove right in to some complicated stuffs xD It's also cool that you got it moving.
I'm a little curious about the 4th row though, in the last frame her highlights change completely. It looks kinda funny when she's walking :x Sometimes you can get a cool effect if you slightly change the shading in the hair as it moves, but you need to be consistant.

Hehe, thanks, Knot! I think I'm a little, tiny bit, tiny, tiny bit good because my real skill is outside of spriting -- paper arts. But I dunno lol
This was my second sprite I ever made before. Its terrible! lol
Its bad! Although, the hair had something I could always expand on! lol
That's how terrible I was when I started this month...or was it last month? Bah!
Really? I used the same colors Are you sure? I'll test it out -- anyone else, if you could test it for me, that would be great

So I gotta somehow find the between that looks good and doesn't hurt lol

Oh, I don't mean you used different colours, just that the shape of the shading changes. Just zoom in on the very last frame in the 4th row and compare it to the other 3. On the first 3 you use the same shading but then on the 4th you change. Like I said, it can add some nice effects but you just need to make sure that it's smooth and consistant =P.

The cyan circled stuff all looks the same but then in the dark blue circle the highlights/shadows move. Just put her in a game and start walking her up, every once in a while her hair changes :x
