Moontachi Gaiden, Game submission Options

Hello there, I'm new to this forum and have a free full complete game I want to submit.

I'm wondering if its ok my game is located outside from this site for download? Though I'm wondering if it still be up to view
on this site.

What I mean is I have my own series official site fully devoted to this game. All the descriptions, character bios ect . if anyones interested.
If I provide the link to my official site is this quality submission ok?
