Update! Sorry for the halt, this would be a weekend worth of work but I had to take a break so I did this now instead.
Good news: The game can already load database from spreadsheets, and the new, optimized code structure is working (and much easier to work with than the prototype).
Bad news: The above features will take a lot of debugging before I can begin work on a playable demo. (which is planned out entirely already, just need to insert it) After that... well, depends on the reception of the game.
I totally forgot to introduce new characters in the OP. Maybe later, when I'm done with the BS completely.
