Incorrect Icon Display?, I have a set icon that should be displayed, but said icon is wrong. Options

Ok, so pretty much the problem I am having is the appearance of incorrect icons, in two places, so far anyway. I am using the most recent Yanfly Engine Melody scripts, and haven't added any other scripts as of yet. This is just bear bones YEM at the moment, if you want a complete list of scripts in order to help figure things out, please let me know, as I am kind of enraged at the moment...

Here are a couple pics of the issues I am having. First off, the status screen icons display an older icon that was the default set in YEM.

This is what the script looks like, and for some reason apparently it's not right?
