A small question, :D Options

Okay, yesterday I was browsing this forum when I saw that someone had either put it in their sig or the post. I'm looking for a editor called something "Gale". It edits sprites and stuff?

I was downloading it last night, but it failed so I said I'll do it tomorrow. But the only problem is, I can't remember what it was called or where to do to find it. I forget the thread I was in, but I went:

"wow! This is better than using GIMP as my editor!"

And then I forgot.

Does anyone know what I'm talking about?

In the future you can always view your post and topic history. Click on your name and from the drop down menu you'll see 'Find member's Topics' and 'Find member's Posts'.

The "find topics" thing says "Invalid." and then says that I must need Admin permission to access it
