I haven't touched this in a long while, after losing all my data on a computer death mad.gif
I could use a quick refresher on an issue: is there any way to have a skill's accuracy directly linked to that of an equiped weapon? Thanks for any help you guys can throw my way.

Yep. Check the box on the skill tab under "options" that says "physical attack". This makes it so the skill is just that character's physical attack, but with whatever extra power/element/effect(s) added onto it. happy.gif And of course set the weapon's "hit rate" on the weapons tab.

PS I understand the frustration of losing everything on your computer. I am so sorry.

Thanks for the reply and for the sympathy. I'm finding it very disheartening to try to rebuild everything. I don't know whether or not to try to replicate what I was working on or start a new project.

I would start a new project, because rebuilding what you had would just make you really sad. The last time my comp crashed, I lost the entire game I was working on which I had put a ton of effort into (in addition to many many other things), and just couldn't bear to try making it again.
However, moving on to new projects I found I was much better developer than I had been, and it was refreshing to work on a new game. happy.gif
