In rpg maker, press F11 to open the scripts editor, or click in the scripts editor button, is a pencil with a paper. Then, scroll until you find materials. Put the scripts over there.
Also, try making questions like that one in another topic; Or if it's a question to me, use the personal message.

I'm not sure if anybody has requested this script or not, but how about one that lets you use animated .GIF pictures along with the standard still images. (Like the "show picture" command.)

I want to make a animated picture of the planet in my game getting slowly decayed.
