how to make a skill tree on rpgmaker 2000 Options

What the title says. I wanna know preferably simple how to make a skill tree. I already know that you need to make a map like the skill tree In the picture that I found in a rpgmaker 2003 game called Legacies of Dondoran. In the skill tree are events that had for e.g somthing like in the link/second pic pics. And sorry for the bare exclamation but basically what I is a simpler skill tree like the ones in the pics.
