Need help fixing up my game, script-er and mapper/artiest Options

I created a game using RPG Maker VX, and it is nearly finished. However I'm having a problem with the scripts and the maps could use some work as well. I'm looking for someone that would be willing to fix up what I have, and make it functional. I made a choice early on that I think is painfully inefficient that I would love to get changed.

In the very start of the game you get to make a choice, the choice ends up picking which story line you follow and which one of two characters joins your party. The choice also changes the monsters you have to fight. This is were the inefficient part comes in. I made a copy of every map, in order to change which monsters are on which map. This takes up a lot of un-needed space but I've been unable to change the monsters you fight any other way. My main goal if nothing else is to get it slimmed down to just one set of maps, where the monsters will change by the choice made at the start of the game. I'll do the grunt work of moving the story line all into one set of maps once that is done.

I also have a few scripts that I got from websites like this and put them in, most work but some do not. I'm hoping to get someone to go through them with me and hopefully get them all running smoothing and maybe remove the ones that I really don't need.

Lastly, I would like someone to handle the maps. I think I did an alright job on them but they're still not up to par to some of the other games that I've seen here and would like someone to go through them and give them a once over. I could use some more custom sprites and avatars.

There is wiggle room left in the game that you can add to the story line or even make a mini quest or two in it yourself, you will also of course be in the credits of the game. I cannot offer money but you will have some creative license with the game.

----- About the game -----
The main character is a man named Reiki, he's a thief at heart but still a hero. He's a bit of a womanizer but he has a good heart. He wants to settle down and get married but never feels like he has enough to be able to do it.

There's two different female characters that go with him depending on which answer you choose at the start of the game.
Jideth: A girl with a kind heart, she is a little on the up tight side but she loves Reiki and will do anything for him. She is a demi-God but it is only hinted at in the game. She's a paladin and likely the most powerful of the group.

Kasha: She is Jideth's sister but she is full human, although she is also in love with Reiki but has more of an attitude. She knows a little magic but is mostly just a fighter.

If you end up on path:

1) Reiki and Jideth are on a honey moon, their ship is attacked by pirates then you end up on the island Tu-Lips. Once on Tu-Lips you meet up with Queen Nighkali, whom Reiki seems to know. Nighkali later joins the team. Nighkali tells Reiki that someone wants to kill her and hints at kidnappings on the island. Reiki is eager to help but first wants to get one of his friends Zaan to help.

2) Reiki and Jideth are on a honey moon, their ship is attacked by pirates but this time rather than being stranded on Tu-Lips Jideth gets kidnapped by the pirates. Reiki joins forces with Kasha to track her down and save her. Reiki again meets up with Nighkali and tells her of Jideth being kidnapped and it turns out that it was her son that did it.

There's more to both stories but that's a quick summary of them.
