problems with my enemies for side view battle script tenkentai Options

Hello i'm really new at this whole thing and i've been trying to use the Tankentai side view battle script. The big problems i have been having are my enemies in battle. I want to make the enemies lined up in a vertical position like my party is but for some reason they are lining up horizontally and i don't know how to fix that. Also i can't get a lot of the enemies to show up properly in battle. They always pop up as a sprite sheet. How can i fix these problems.


PLease help me someone

i also forgot to say that i'm using the xp version of the script
